On 23 September 2025, the Fondation Révélation Sainte Thérèse had the honour of welcoming the Inspector from the Ministry of Basic Education (MINEDUB) to its premises.
This working visit was part of the administrative and educational monitoring of schools, in accordance with the ministry’s guidelines.
Purpose of the visit
The Inspector’s mission was mainly to:
- Review the school’s periodic documents, including progress reports, activity schedules and class assessments.
- Examine overall and class-specific school statistics: student enrolment, attendance rates, gender distribution and performance levels.
- Verify the presence and use of official textbooks, in accordance with MINEDUB programmes.
Assess the effectiveness of lessons in different primary school classes and the regularity of teaching work.
Upon her arrival, the Inspector was welcomed by the school’s management team, accompanied by members of the teaching staff. After an introductory session, the visit proceeded in several stages, following the order of business prescribed by the Ministry.
The pupils welcomed the delegation by presenting a bouquet of flowers to the representative of the Inspector of Basic Education, followed by the national anthem and the recitation of the CREDO of the Fondation Révélation Sainte Thérése.
Visit to classrooms
The Inspector then visited various primary school classes, where she observed:
the effective presence of teachers and pupils,
the smooth running of lessons,
and the studious atmosphere in the classrooms.
Discussions with teachers
Cordial discussions took place with the teaching staff on educational challenges, the implementation of programmes and the supervision of pupils. The Inspector encouraged the teachers to continue their efforts in rigorously preparing lessons and mastering skills at each level.
At the end of the visit, the Inspector expressed her overall satisfaction with the quality of the work accomplished.
She nevertheless made some constructive recommendations aimed at strengthening educational management, regularly updating statistical documents and promoting reading in the lower grades.
A fruitful and encouraging visit
The Fondation Révélation Sainte Thérèse is delighted with this evaluation visit, which took place in an atmosphere of mutual respect and transparency.
This MINEDUB mission confirms the compliance and seriousness of the work accomplished by the educational team, while offering areas for improvement in the coming months.
